I finished this project just in time for my sister's wedding in Germany. She learnt her husband Dutch by reading books of Annie M.G. Schmidt, so it had to be one of the best known characters from her hand, Jip en Janneke. G.
And it's hanging over our "german Bed" with the quilt! Lena wondered why the priest looks like a bear and sits on stairs, but I think I made a good Janneke!
Two girls, cross stitch, quilting, shopping, crazy, couch potatoes, Australian Outback, ballet - to stay in shape, tea - neverending supply, delicious chocolate cake - otherwise we'd be in too much shape ;-) and the envy of all around us.
Started this blog trying to keep track of all our projects...
