Christmas Visit...

No... I have not gone completely daft... it is the title of my new cross stitch project. And I know it is August, but if I am to finish this one in time I have to start now.

Working on two simultaneously 1. Seasonal Blessings and 2. this new one 'Christmas Visit. A "Butternut Road" pattern, designed by Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum. She also designed the Celtic Ladies (Lavender & Lace patterns).

Christmas Visit 'greys and burgundy on her dress and a basket of Christmas gifts in her hand'. Visiting those in need I imagine. I thought she was carrying a basket with flowers, but it looks like a cloth covering the basket.

And the most perfect thing of all... no beads, no speciality stitches... only cross-stitch...
